Scottish Women & Bible Convention

Scottish Women's Bible Convention

The Scottish Women’s Bible Convention was inspired by a trip to the Midlands Women’s Convention – a joyous day of faithful Bible teaching. A small enthusiastic group from Edinburgh and Glasgow decided that it would be great to reproduce all of that north of the border. We are convinced that Scotland’s greatest need is to hear God’s voice and that God’s voice is heard when His Word, the Bible is proclaimed. Our aim, therefore, is to provide a day of faithful Bible teaching by women for women with the Lord Jesus as our focus.

The Scottish Women’s Bible Convention is organised jointly on behalf of the East of Scotland and West of Scotland Gospel Partnerships.

The first convention will be Saturday 8th October at Charlotte Chapel, Shandwick. Our speaker will be Carrie Sandom, who is Associate Minister for Women and Pastoral Care at St John Church, Tunbridge Wells, UK. She will be speaking on Hebrews 12 under the title “Run the Race”! There will also be a variety of seminars available on the day too.

Tickets are £8 until the end the end of July and can be purchased from More information can be found on our website -
